– update handling of the default alarm type case of CLEAR
– when a non-reset device sends an alarm type of clear, use the device id to look up the incident to be set to inactive
– when a reset device (type 3) sends clear, do not use the device id to look up the incident to be set to inactive

Update intercom_manager to only send a Device Service Alert when there are one or more intercoms with a status other than Reachable

Update intercom_manager to insert SIP configuration options in an explicit order, versus alphabetical order. The order of options for newly added SIP configurations is: type, context, callerid, defaultuser, secret, host, canreinvite, dtmfmode, disallow, allow, allow (there are 2 allow entries). Explicit option ordering mirrors option ordering prior to the existence of intercom_manager, and prevents calls from erroring when allow options appear before disallow.

Update intercom_manager cron job handler to hard exit when there are no configured intercoms

Add Intercom Manager, a device service alert for intercoms with a status other than “Reachable”, and a cron job to check intercom status every 3 hours, and send the alert as needed. Update pers user permissions for the Asterisk Manager Interface to include “config”.

Fixed issue in clean_unkonwn leading to false green leds when devices aren’t supervising. Increased delay on failed pages.
